Starting Lines Student Reading on Monday, November 2

Starting Lines, the Writing Program’s annual publication of student writing, will hold its quarterly reading on Monday, November 2, at 4:00 p.m. in the McCune Conference Room located in HSSB, Room 6020.

The award-winning student writers featured in the 2015 edition of Starting Lines will read portions of their work and be on hand to answer questions and discuss their writing process and their evolution as writers. This inspiring event is a great way for student writers to support one another in their writing endeavors.

Starting Lines receives many submissions every year and each is considered carefully by a group of readers and editors. The result is a rich archive of extremely creative and innovative pieces composed by Writing 1 and Writing 2 students.

Come to listen and share in the discussion.
