Specialization

Kevin Moore teaches Writing about Film (109F), Creative Nonfiction (105C), Public Discourse (105PD), Rhetoric and Writing (105R), and Writing for the Health Professions (109HP). He also teaches in the Engineering Writing sequence, and co-teaches an interdisciplinary Freshman Discovery Seminar on "Trust" during Spring Quarter.

Bio

Dr. Moore's research interests include the rhetoric of creativity, writer's block, the Holocaust, archival studies, and Ralph Ellison. His work has appeared in Arizona Quarterly, Composition Studies, Writing on the EdgeMAKE, and Souciant, as well as a number of edited collections.  He also writes fiction and creative nonfiction, and regularly contributes film reviews to the Santa Barbara Independent.
