Ljiljana Coklin has won the “Institution Faculty/Staff of the Month” award for her “Writing for the Humanities” course. The award is given every month by the on-campus student-led organization National Residence Hall Honorary club (NRHH). One of the goals of the organization is to recognize members of the community that have significantly influenced a member’s life and the lives of others. The OTM or “Of the Month” award nominations are judged on a campus, regional, and national level. Dr. Coklin won the OTM for the pacific coast region. Out of the hundreds of nominations received from colleges and universities along the pacific coast Coklin’s work was judged as exceptional. Congratulations to Dr. Coklin for winning this prestigious award and the well-deserved recognition of her teaching. Her nomination now proceeds to the national level.
